For the first time ever, the Toronto Maple Leafs Alumni will be travelling the 401 headed to Smiths Falls, to host the Smiths Falls Rideaus & Sponsors team in a friendly competition. September will see the Blue and White Brigade bringing with them games, fun and former Maple Leafs greats. Sep 21 - Oct 28. Gizem Candan’s works explore psychological states, incl. states of tension & anxiety in contemporary society & culture. Her subjects range from people she has met, to puppets she has created, to objects in her environment. The historical imagery recalls the 19th and 20th centuries using symbols of a time just beyond living memory, while the minerals are naturally formed from ancient times.
