Feb 4, 11 and 18, 7-9pm.
New and returning singers are welcome to attend our New Friends' Nights and the first rehearsal of the spring session for 2020. Bring a spouse, a friend, a church choir friend, a neighbour; all are welcome.
No audition needed. Your desire to sing and a sense of commitment are the only requirements. You do not need to be able to read music; you will be seated with a “mentor”.
You should bring water, a pencil, and a binder for your music to all rehearsals.
Music will be available for the first rehearsal. Thereafter the pieces will be on the website for practicing at home, and in PDF form for printing.
Director Paul Norris has selected music to represent a journey from the sea to the sky. "The songs evoke thoughts of adventure, freedom, and discovery." The pieces are written specifically for mixed voice choirs. Accompanist Peter Brown is practicing diligently to help us sound great!
They will present their Spring Concert on May 31 and June 2 at 7pm at All Nations Church, Bridge Street, Carleton Place.
Feb 4, 11 & 18, 7-9pm. No auditions.
If you are entering a one-day event, enter the start date only or both dates the same.
