Findlay's Foundry Reunion
Former Findlay workers (and their families) are invited for an afternoon at the museum to chat, to remember and to reminisce. There will be coffee, some snacks, and Findlay displays and memorabilia on exhibit. Staff will be collecting information and memories to help put together the summer exhibit. Adults and teens will love this fun screen-printing event! In this family workshop, you will learn the basics of silk screening in a step-by-step process.  Wear your own unique work of art! Jeff will provide guidance to design your own image to print onto fabric. Alternately, you can bring an image, or pick one from our library during the workshop. You'll learn how to make a stencil of the image, and silk screen it onto your choice of a t-shirt or tote bag. All materials provided.
