Perth's World Record Kilt Run was organized by a group of volunteers as a "one-time event" in 2010. The first kilt run, held in June of that year, boasted 1,089 finishers — breaking the old world record of 250, and setting a new Official Guinness World Record. Since then, the event has run every year, raising money for the MS Society. The event features live entertainment, contests, prizes and remember, you must wear a kilt to participate!
All races start and end at the Perth Town Hall.
